I am getting the following error message on my SAP Insurance system.
I think it is an error that cannot connect to the msg.pmq server.
Please tell me the cause and how to fix it.

Dear Customer,
The SSL certificate has expired on your system.
One of the ways to keep using your system is to use your organization SSL certificate signing capability to re-sign the SSL certificate.
The other way is to self-sign the certificate as described in this blog post -

After checking with CAL Systems, it was determined that the Product Manager (TOMATOSJ) connection is hosted on an XSA computer and that the XSA system is currently down, so there is no access to check or restart the Product Manager connection.
