Default Text in ME21N - Why?

Hello,

my internet search was not successfully, therefore I hope you can held to solve my problem.

Open ME21N -> Enter an Vendor number in my example 510554 -> double Click in the Text field

go back with green arrow Button to the ME21N entry Screen -> Text "Pos 10 Ergänzung zu Hotel Erfurt" shows up -> how can I delete this Standard Text permanently for all Users?

How can I prevent normal users from being able to save such texts as default settings?
