Active Employees showing as Inactive in the user Directory file

For some of the future dated Hires even though after the effective date of Hire they are still remaining as Inactive in the Employee header and in the User Directory file.

The HRIS sync Job is schedule to run once in a day, but still few of these employees Status remains as Inactive even though the Job Info Portlet shows as Active after their effective date of Hire.

This could be a problem in Provisioning that the HRIS Sync job not run. Can you please check there if the Job runs correctly.

It happens the same to me when the hire date is effective date is the next day after the hiring process, even the jobs runs correctly . The UDF doesnt update

But when it runs manually it does sync.
