On a separate note I was puzzled by the Net Tax Base / Net Discount Based. With Plant Abroad only the settings at country level where applicable eg - the seetings at company code where irrelevant.

Your analysis is correct. we meant, that for example the setting of these flags for a German company code should be the same like for registration country Germany (if you have e.g. for your French company code a registration in Germany)
