Can I use SAP WebIDE FullStake for Fiori Development in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Extended Edition

Hello Experts ,

I am trying to find some clarity on what to choose as Development Environment for S/4 Hana Cloud Extended edition (not public cloud).

Can I continue to use SAP WebIDE FullStake( on SAP BTP Neo) to extend standard Fiori apps and also create deploy new Fiori apps for SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Extended Edition ?

In general I wanted to understand whether I can continue with SAP BTP Neo environment for UI5 development and use Eclipse ADT for doing backend Extension using RAP by avoiding the need for me to opt for SAP BTP CF on multi-cloud . What is the need for Business application studio in this case .

The below blog highlight the differences but its not clear as the first link (https://blogs.sap.com/2021/02/09/sap-business-application-studio-and-sap-web-ide-full-stack/ ) doesnt highlight WebIDE for S/4 HANA Cloud but the other link (https://developers.sap.com/group.abap-custom-ui-with-webide.html) says it is possible to work with S/4 Hana Cloud.

Would be really grateful to have a better clarity .
