HREIC some of the pages is not opening after upgrade

Hello Expert,

Need your urgent help

After upgrade some of the pages of the HREIC is not opening and some pages are working fine.

Process overview page is not showing any thing. Looks like transaction launcher is not able to load any Webdynpro application.

Our system is on EHP7 ECC6.0 and SAP NETWEAVER 7.4

Could you please help on this.

Employee search page is working fine as shown below

i post this only as a comment, did you open the same page on a different browser AND cleaning the cache

Did you perform su25 after the upgrade? You may also put the user opening the mdiqbal710914rocess overview page under st05 to see if it fails some auths checks

Lastly do you see any errors inspecting the page (...or developer tools in chrome) or in SM21 in the backend

Thanks amo ntella for your reply..

We checked SM21, ST05 and SU25 but did not find any error.

Also checked HREIC on different browsers like Internet explorer, chrome and Edge but issue is same, showing blank page.

Need your urgent help please.
