Covenants and Security Document Attachment in Facility

Hello Experts:

I have a requirement to attach the Covenants and Security Documents to be attached with the Facility Instrument. We can attach them as "attachments" in FTR_EDIT but we also need it as a checklist just to confirm whether a specific requirement/condition is fulfilled to not. How can we achieve this in TRM?
