SPAU_ENH - conflicts in implementations of foreign namespace

During the works on a system patch, we encounter conflicts in enhancement implementations that have been delivered by external software companies. Since they have a foreign namespace, I am not able to set the "Adjusted" flag.

How can I clean up these conflicts?
