SAP IGS HELPER not accepted in EHP7.

Hi SAP buddies,

I'm a beginner in SAP Basis and learning on my own currently I'm installing EHP7 in my Windows server 2019 standard edition. In that, I have already installed oracle database 19.3.0.0 version and kernel version 7.53 Unicode. During the installation of EHP7, I'm facing an issue in uploading SAP IGS HELPER which is not accepted, and I tried to install 7.49 IGS HELPER but that was also not accepted so, kindly suggest to me which version will suit this.
