Good Morning,
as we got trouble with our file system all services where stopped for our SAP Crystal Server and we deleted bi4_cms.log file which was nearly 100GB. After this we tried to restart the stopped SQL Anywhere for SAP BO Service but the service is just starting and then gets to status stopped again.
Because of this we also cannot start the SAP Crystal Server with CCM. We tried to create a new and empty bi4_cms.log file in the correct directory. But when we try to start the stopped SQL Anywhere for SAP BO Service this new file gets deleted so there is no file with this name.
What can we do? Is there an idea how to successfully restart the service? Or to force a restart of the datebase?
