Hi SAP Gurus,
Please explain a brief about what is Scheduling Agreement(with release and without release, FRC and JIT??) in simple terms and what is the configuration node or steps involved??

Hi,
A scheduling agreement is a long-term outline agreement between the vendor and the ordering party over a predefined material or service, which are procured on predetermined dates over a framework of time. A scheduling agreement can be created in the following two ways -
Follow the steps given below to create a scheduling agreement.
Logistics ⇒ Materials Management ⇒ Purchasing ⇒ Outline Agreement ⇒ Scheduling Agreement ⇒ Create
TCode: ME31L
In T-code , You provide Vendor, Validity Start & End Date and Material Details.
Once , you create Agreement , then after you can maintain it Scheduling Dates for Material Supply as shown below -
Logistics ⇒ Materials Management ⇒ Purchasing ⇒ Outline Agreement ⇒ Scheduling Agreement ⇒ Delivery Schedule ⇒ Maintain
