Custom fields and logic

Hello Experts,

I have added a new custom field in Sales order header using CFL and added logic by activating the badi under custom logic. The custom fields should be available for a particular order type. It is working as expected. But for other order type the custom fields tab is appearing as a blank tab.

Can anyone please tell me how to hide or deactivate the tab when it has nothing to display using custom fields and logic.
