How to remove Brazil, India, Italy from Purchase Order tabs in item details ME22n

Three new tabs in names of Brazil, Italy, India have been added to the ME21N,ME22N,ME23N.

But I do not want these tabs to existing and I want to remove them

Can anyone help me with how I can do this?

How do I make settings to remove these three countries tabs from ME22N, ME21N, ME23N?
