Cannot start Solution Manager AS Java services

Dear Community,

After I configured managed system configuration in SAP Solution Manager, I restart the server but Solution Manager AS Java did not start after I run the command below:

sapcontrol -nr ** -function StartSystem

Can anyone give me some advises?
