Material extended by mistake to wrong plant

Hi, I am SD consultant and i was extending a finished product to a different distribution channel and by mistake i extended it to a different plant too. I set deletion flag right away and now i am afraid will it affect anything and no storage location is defined for that material in that plant will it affect anything.

Like will it affect ML run. Please reply ASAL
