SAP BTP trial CF runtime: issue in creating HANA Cloud DB instance

Hello Team,

I was trying to create a SAP HANA Cloud DB instance in the CF space of my BTP trial subaccount (EU region) but come up with an error that says "An error occurred while attempting to create an instance: The service instance cannot be created because paid service plans are not allowed for your space."

I had checked following thread and tried to delete and reattach the CF Runtime service plan in the subaccount entitlements. But still no luck.

Is there any issue currently stopping to create a HANA DB instance in BTP trial ? As I was able to create and use one HANA DB instance earlier during August this year in the same CF space and subaccount. But that instance was deleted today due to inactivity. And I started getting this error when tried to recreate a new one.
