List of items empty in all Marketing Documents (Sap business one)

Hi,

I have a problem with all Marketing Documents when I what to choose item from list of items , the list is empty

please help me

Hi,

The reported issue looks to be a customization in the Form Settings of the Choose from List - Items.

In COPY of the database, check by restoring default the Form Settings in the Choose from List and see if you can get the list of items in Marketing documents after closing and opening the Choose from List window again.
