Problem in creation House Bank Account in S4Hana SAP?

Good Morning Everyone,

Issue related to House Bank , once I click the Create Bank Account some Query is reflected "You cannot create Bank Account here in dual control or workflow mode ", the link between the SAP and Fiori App is not opened, but I have try Open the Fiori App By UI2/FLP-SAP Fiori Launchpad, " Fiori App is opened and even i have tried by the NWBC , but same query is reflected again and the link between SAP and Fiori not found, is there any other way to Create House Bank Account please suggest.
