Environment variable in managed approuter

Hello,

is it possible to set environment variables to the application which is deployed through managed approuter (HTML5 applications)?

When app is on standalone app, then I can go to space and there is app router application and I can set my custom env variable there.

But I wonder how to do it in managed approuter. Maybe through mta.yaml?

Don't think that this is possible as the approuter is managed. Perhaps you better describe your requirement.

Hi Gregor,

I need to set httpheaders and SEND_XFRAMEOPTIONS as is described here. And because my application is hosted by managed approuter, I am struggling how to perform that.

If there would be standalone approuter - it would be an easy task - because there is UI for setting user environment variables.

gregorw is right, this cannot be done with the managed approuter. All extensions and configurations that go beyond the xs-app.json configuration, require that you use a standalone approuter.

Something similar has been discussed in this comment (in case you want to dig a bit deeper).

thank you mariusobert - I changed the app to be served by standalone app router. Still have some problems - proper logout through Launchpad - but it is in different question.
