SAP B1 Service Layer -- Vendor Payment [Outgoing Payment] API colums missing

Hello Techies,

My current version of SAP B1 Version 9.3 PL 09, I am looking into Vendor Payment [Outgoing Payment] API and trying to find CreateDate and Updated Date elements / columns from the response but couldn't find any related to it.

I also checked the metadata of the Vendor Payment [Outgoing Payment] api but didn't find anything. So required your help here.
