Case S031 S032 structures not active in SAP S 4 HANA VERSION 1709

Good morning, at this moment there is a case related to the activation of the structures S031, S032 and S039, in the 1709 SAP S / 4 HANA version, if someone has a procedure that could indicate with pleasure it would be taken, I have already applied the note 2319579 and structures are not updated.

• Requirement: After the conversion of SAP from R3 to S4hana, we no longer have the information on inventory breakages available in the system, that is, within transaction MC.9 we have these 2 columns with no values. "CtdStkVal Zero" and "NumStksTotNulos"
• Activity: Note 2319579 application, update procedures through programs to restore S031, S032, S033, S034, and S039 structures.
• Case: Information structures are not being updated in S / 4 HANA 1709
