Connection Failed - SAP Business One Sales App SQL Environment

Hello Experts,

I am trying to configure SAP Business One Sales App in SQL Environment. I have followed the Note: 3110082

But still the App is showing error Connection failed. I have followed all the steps and made new certificate as per SAP note. Even SAP Business One service app is working fine but Sales App is not working.
