ASM commerceservices extension/plug in, Hybris

Hello

I have been told that if I install the ASM commerservices plug in/add on for hybris an ASM should have the ability to create a new cart for a customer in addition to display the current cart. Can someone confirm this or point me to the specific documentation? Thank you

Customer support agents (CSAs) can use the Assisted Service Module (ASM) to assign anonymous storefront carts to existing customer accounts. Please refer the below documentation
