Issue with 1099-NEC form

Hello Experts,

We just applied the most current note for 2021 1099. (Note 3125141). This fixed our issue with the field position of the Payee Name(First and Second). However we are still having an issue with the 1099- NEC recipent box.

On the 1099_NEC form the Recipent box is showing the Name2 data first and Name1 data second. See screen shots attached.

Is there another Note from SAP that we are missing or is there another a step our Basis team needs to follow for the NEC form? 1099-MISC form appears to print as expected.

We are also having an issue with the 2021 NEC forms, the new irs format is 3 per page, the laser printer forms are 3 per page, but we are still only getting 2 per page in our environment. Is there a note for this that needs to be applied?

As part of uploading 1099 MISC and NEC data to IRS, to create DME files as per latest 2021 updates of IRS from report RFIDYYWT, we were asked to apply notes 3095180 and 3125141.

Note 3095180 was implemented successfully, but while doing DMEE file uploads as per note 3125141, we are getting below errors:

"Error in node LOB Code: source field IDWTPARTNER-US_1042_LOB does not exist" for IDWTFILE_US_1042

"Error in node 3E amount: source field IDWTPARTNER-US_1099INT_BOND_PRM does not exist" for IDWTFILE_US_1099INT

Any information on this would be of great help.
