Blocked Stock Adjustment

Hello

A block was applied to a material/batch using MB1B movement type 343 to hide the qty from available inventory

(WM plant)

Usually i would ask another department to remove the block so that i can adjust off in MB1C using 711

However, what i would also like to do is adjust while the batch is still in a blocked status from WM.

Can this be done (either MB1C or MIGO) and what would the movement type be please.
