Costing formula is defined as = setup +(machine time * operation quantity) / base quantity.
setup is = 2.86 h, processing is 1 hour for 907.029 kg now operation quantity is 100000 KG but system calculating SETUP value as = 315.315 H.
actual value should be = 2.86 + (1 + 100000)/907.029 = 2.86 + 110.2500 = 113.11 ,
but it is multiplying as 2.86 *110.2500 =315.315.
could any one help me to understand this.
