Notification from SEN

Good day, Community

I need more information about notifications inside SAP Enable Now.

1. When we create user inside system manually, he/she will receive standard notification with login and password including link for access. Is it possible to change this notification and customize it correspondence with our necessity.

2. We have a tool in SEN to forward notification for roles, and defined uders, how customize the font in this message, is it possible to add an attachment
