VL10B Criteria to create outbounds

Hi,

We use VL10B to create outbounds in the background for intercompany PO.

I have the following Scenario, There are 4 PO's and each PO have the same material, I have enough stock only for the first two PO's in the list, so I am expecting outbounds only for the first two since this the way they are listed.

but SAP is creating outbounds for Line 1 and 3

how can I have SAP to create outbounds in the order the PO's a re listed?

Ship-to party Route Originating document Deliv. Creation Date

AA INT001 4500673522 5/21/2021

BB INT002 4500673558 6/4/2021

AA INT001 4500678165 7/23/2021

BB INT002 4500678198 8/13/2021
