Intenal server issue while calling xsjs service from UI5 application (BAS - Cloud Foundry)

we are using xsjs services to fetch data from on premise hana db from SAPUI5 application on cloud foundry, the service call gives 500 - internal server error, but when called from postman, gives output. we are using cloud connector and destination to call the xsjs service.

when checked the cloud connector logs, the service call has not made an entry nor there are logs for xsjs service.

The connection for destination seems to fine.

First of all I don't actually see any screenshots in the above posting. Second 500 internal server is an incredibly generic error. That alone doesn't give anything to go on. There must be something else in one of the logs. Where are you even seeing the 500 error? In the developer tools of the browser when running the UI5 application?

The first thing you should check are the logs or your HTML5 app or the approuter.
