How to Enable SAP Cloud ALM API in SAP Business technology Platform (BTP)

Hello,

We are planning to use CALM Business Process Monitoring.
I am advised we need to enable SAP Cloud ALM API in BTP. However, the entitlement and service are missing in BTP. Are we missing a license for this? Please advise.
