Secondary cost element self-replication issue in MDG 9.2

Dear Experts,

I am trying to create secondary cost element in S4 MDG 9.2 using GL create centrally and upon approval when I self replicate the same to MDG S4, I see Chart of account data and Company code data replicated without controlling data in FS00 even though SOA message has controlling data in it, but in NWBC, when I search for GL account , I could see secondary cost element data. As per SAP documentation we only need to replicate COA and CC data not the cost element data

Any suggestions ?
