Dear All,
We have hundreds of candidates stuck in the 'Manage pending recruits'.
Some of them will never join the company, some of them have been hired manually. We would like to clean this queue.
The 2 options I found are not managable. We can't reopen requisiitons one by one to change the status of candidates. And we don't have the Onboarding module to change the Ready to Hire to no in the Manage Data/ OnboardingCandidateInfo.
Do you have any idea how we can do this?
Thank you!

to have a scheduled job that would automatically reset candidate status to something different than "ready to hire"
when an candidate has been hired or is a No-Show.

Hi Dorottya,
I do not have a great solution for this problem either, but hopefully my information is helpful to you.
Currently, cleaning up our Manage Pending Hires list is a very time-intensive process where we look to see if the person has already been hired or not.
If they have been hired, we then search by name in recruiting candidate database search, go into the application, add a comment with their employee ID, then manually move the application status to Hired. Requisitions status is irrelevant - it is possible to change application status on closed reqs.
If they have not been hired, we search by name in recruiting candidate database search, look at the Jobs Applied section, and reach out to the recruiter to take appropriate action.
I have submitted an IR Out-of-the-Box Recruiting to EC Job Requisition ID and Employee ID mapping that would make this process easier, but not eliminate it entirely.
It is also possible to update a candidate's application status using Integration Center BUT you would need to know what status to move them to. If you ran a report and identified XX candidates in Ready to Hire status over XX days, you could import that into the Integration Center job to update their application status to XXXXX so that they are moved out of Ready to Hire status and therefore drop off the Manage Pending Hires list.
Good luck!
Angie
