How to define Plant as Distribution center in S/4HANA

Hi folks,

I read in the online help that in S/4HANA you can define plants as distribution centers. I have now searched longer in customizing and found no option. The docu still says that the plants which have the "flag" are then cifed to PP/DS with type 1002. Any Idea how I can define a plant as distribution center?
