SAP iRPA cloud project not executing

Hello,

I was working on cloud studio and later the project stopped suddenly. When i execute project it calls desktop agent, configures it and keeps on showing message (downloading) pls check attached screenshot. capture.jpg After that it does not proceed further. I tried to uninstall my account, agent, extension. I tried on multiple machines, browsers and also installed latest to oldest versions. But after all efforts the projects are not executing.

I have configured URL of my factory into agent. And also in the heirarchy at factory level, added machine with ip address. Agent is showing connectivity. However, problem is at project execution level.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Prasad,

these are the troubleshooting steps I will try,

- Kindly review the technical pre-requisites for Desktop Agent. here is the link to our documentation

- Have you successfully validated your desktop agent on the first run? what is the status of desktop agent under the about section?

- In cloud factory is your desktop agent listed in the home screen widget under Agents count or in the Agents Menu?

- Have you enabled the browser extensions? please refer to our documentation

Here are latest updates after our conversation chaitanyapriya.puvvada Hope you can give some more insights.

I have created new ID, new trial account with all new credential. So All fresh quota.

Although by mistake I have created Universal ID so initially there was agent to factory authentican problem. But then i saw your answer to one question about mass registration and updating windows registry value by assigning json path. That solved my connetivity issue.

However, when i tried executing project the problem did not go away completely.

One progress is, it is executing scneario now but I have to run project number of times and you may never know when it will work. very unpredictable behavior. I am not able to trace at what point it is executing.

So everytime, i have to run project multiple times to make it work.

I am not sure what is going wrong in my case. But setup or quota may not be the problem since both trial accounts show same outcomes.

Your help would be appreciated to dig down deeper.

We had a discussion and since you are using Trial account, you would have exhausted the Quoate limit.

Let me know if you are facing the issue after creating new account as well.

chaitanyapriya.puvvada I am not able to find option to send you message directly. Is it through https://messages.sap.com/? because it's showing blank. Can not create new chat there. Kindly help to get it through.

chaitanyapriya.puvvada Its 2.0.18.63 I also tried to downgrade tll version 15 and tried to execute on different systems to check if its not a hardware issue.

chaitanyapriya.puvvada No it is not yet solved.capture.jpg The screen stops here and does not proceed further.

My agent is listed in the factory. Also, i can run projects through desktop studio.

What is the version of the your Desktop Agent ?

Yes I have checked all the prerequisites and also for MS edge installed webview2. It was working seamlessly before (both cloud and desktop studio).

Now, the problem is only with cloud studio to connect agent. With, desktop studio it is working absolutely fine.

Desktop agent status shows connected. When i run the project in the cloud studio it invokes agent and connects it but after that no further action.

The extensions are also active for Chrome and Edge browsers (with required browser versions).

I have successfully executed projects through SAP cloud studio before but suddenly it has stop working. Is it something to do with my account?

Looks like it is temporrary issue .Can you let me know if the issue still persists?
