Kindly note, Our client is facing the connection to the database is lost odbc 1102 please contact your system administrator (odbc-1102) issue while logging into SAP B1 HANA. Please find the attached screenshot for your easy reference.
As per error we have performed below mentioned activities to resolve the issue, but the issue still persists.
1) Refreshed Database User, Restarted HDB and Server tools
2) Checked ports and whitelisted the same in firewall
3) Updated Ip (hostname) details in > "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts"
4) Reinstall SAP B1 HANA Client
