DMS and Archiving of outbound Docs/Barcode

Hi,

2 questions regarding the DMS:

- is it possible to Store outbound Documents in a repository via DMS (like NAST before)?

- is there a scenario similar to the ArchiveLink Barcode (late archiving) possible?

By DMS do you mean S4/ECC DMS or BTP Cloud Document Managemenet Service ?

Not sure on archiving. But if you mean ILM then S4 essentials is connected to Document Center Neo (CMIS ) for storage of archived documents.

For archiving on S4 essentials i suggest to please tag the question with S4/PLM.

Could you point me in any direction where to find the setup rules to enable outbound (=printed from SAP) Documents in BTP DMS?

1. S4 Essentials supports storage of documents through DMS in BTP DMS Cloud both in its own repository and in a third party CMIS compliant repository.

2. Late archiving using bar code scanner is not support by S4 essentials cloud.
