How to create a position details report? (ie, Who created the position, position creation date, Who approved the position, position approved date, Higher level position, comments, etc.)

You should be able to access the position information and workflow information when creating a list report in Canvas as in this screenshot:

Since you have this tagged as recruiting I think you may mean job requisition, not position object?

Job Requisition audit trail reporting can be created in Table report.

If you do mean the actual position object, that can only be done using Canvas report.

Hi Angela,

Thanks for the revert. I am looking for position creation field-related reports. i.e, If you raised an open position (Software engineer - 2656 (position code)) and I am approving the same, the workflow was done right.

Here, I need a report in .xlsx format to understand across the organization that how many people are raised the open position request in the month of December and who approved it.
