Sybase ASE on OS Cluster

Kindly help in this issue:

on SAN storage , we have installed Sybase ase15.7 product edition: Enterprise, License type AC
and mapped two nodes (OS windows server 2019) to SAN, also built windows fail over cluster between nodes.

then we connected to the sybase database through our developed app, everything is well, we want to test the cluster :
so, we stop Sybase service on the first (up) node, then the Sybase service start automatically on the second node,
and the app was disconnected , needed to re connect manually
we want zero disconnection time (from the app side)

I read that ASE16 has a cluster edition with OS linux, but is there some way to apply it in ASE15.7?

Regards

ASE 15.7 is EOMM since December 31, 2020.

ASE CE no longer meets the needs of customers who want hardware agnostic HA / DR that can be run physically / virtually and in the cloud.

ASE 16.0 SP03 and higher can be licensed to use the 'Always On' (HADR) capability to allow automatic connection failover with current client connectivity between a primary and companion node.

OS Clustering is not required.
