getting Update termination error while confirmation the TO through tcode LT12

  1. When was the last Successful run of the TO creation in production similar to failure case reported?-15.11.2021
  2. On Successful case, provide us the IDOC no and the user who has triggered it-yes it got triggered by user

what checks has to be done to know why this error comes?

can you help in resolving this issue

Hello,

Check the transaction SM13 for any error details or in ST22.. Without the error details/Screens, would be difficult to get suitable responses.. You may edit the question and add the details if possible..

Either the issue is related to the IDOC set-up(less probable unless IDOC was configured in recent past) OR if the same scenario is working for another user then this is most probably an issue related to Authorization.. You'll probably need to request the basis team to compare the Access Roles and assign the missing one to the User in question..
