what checks has to be done to know why this error comes?
can you help in resolving this issue
Either the issue is related to the IDOC set-up(less probable unless IDOC was configured in recent past) OR if the same scenario is working for another user then this is most probably an issue related to Authorization.. You'll probably need to request the basis team to compare the Access Roles and assign the missing one to the User in question..
