ABAP Trial system for Apple M1 Max

Dear community and SAP,

I tried to get a ABAP developer edition running at an Apple M1 laptop - with Docker or with a VM.

1) NW 7.52 SP04 - Installation failed at startup the Sybase instance

2) ABAP Developer edition 1909 - failed at starting the container - with endless license agreement questions

Has anyone successfully deployed an ABAP developer system to an Apple M1?

Is there any roadmap from SAP to update their portfolio?
