CHarm 7.2 changes assigned Partners in Document. How to avoid?

Hello

We are using Charm for Transports. When processing a Changedocument Solman changes assigned Businesspartners to the Partner of the user which is saving the doc.

e.g. when changing from "in development" to "to be tested" the assigned BP of Role Developer gets exchanged with the Partner of the user that is saving the doc. How can we stop automatic changes to the assigned Partners?

Please check SAP KBA 2002224 - Developer field is populated but is getting changed to the current processor - Solution Manager .
