How to change the created by user id which is system background user BTCUSER for any automatic purchase orders created while awarding a Quotation through RFQ into user id of the person who created the quotation. My client is using Roles based flexible workflow for approval of the purchase order. so the system automatically determines the initiator's manager from PA30 and accordingly workflow will be triggered for approval. Since the auto PO, Created through RFQ has user id BTCUSER as the created by user id, the system is unable to determine the approval thus the PO is stuck as Error in Flexible workflow processing.
Kindly advise me how to set either one common user id for any automatic purchase orders created through RFQ.
