Dear badal8395,

Check and make sure the password for B1SiteUser does not contain special characters like "$""!""&"...

Some special character will break JDBC connection for SAP, and SAP development team have planned to fix this issue in next patch FP 2311, by supporting all special characters in US keyborad.

Thanks & regards,

Hi,

Make sure the B1SiteUser password is correct. If you are still facing the issue even if the password is correct make sure there is no special character $ in your password.

Dear Badal,

Check if the issue can be resolved by reinstalling SLD service and its underlying components before attempting the upgrade again. If the pertaining entries are not found in Add or remove programs of Windows, follow the instructions of SAP Note 2788059.

Install the Server Tools of the new version and then start the upgrade of the rest of the components.

I suggest that you also consult SAP Note 1343050 on Upgrade / Setup Wizard Precheck: Database Physical Integrity Check and execute the following SQL query prior to upgrade:

DBCC CHECKDB WITH NO_INFOMSGS

Kind regards,
