SuccessFactors and OpenText Integration Issue

We need some help with an issue/error we are getting when integrating OpenText as Document Repository for SuccessFactors.

In the Tool Configure Document Management when we select OpenText option and have given details like Endpoint URL, System User and Password. Using that we are able to fetch the Repository to Select.

Next step when we try to “Connect to OpenText” we get below error. If anyone have worked on this kind of integration or have faced this kind of issue kindly help. Thanks.
