Number range exhaust information message not getting

Dear Experts,

In with SNOR we have maintained 5% as warning .
Mu number range is as below
From:2900000000
To : 2900009999
Recently created invoice document is : 2900004973.

Here system is supposed to give me information message as number range is getting but i am not receiving any information message.

Could you please suggest if i need to adjust another settings also.

You have not reached the threshold level. The current number 2900004973 has not even reached half of the numbers.

Also have a look at the note 2292041 - Number Range: Monitoring intervals over critical number (warning %) on the details how to monitor critical number ranges.

Hope the values you have mentioned in the question are correct; if they are, then the system is behaving correctly.. 5% would mean when you are within the last 5% of the number range i.e. = 2900009500 or even if you mean 50%.. the value = 2900005000, you should get the message..
