Huge Business Objects Logging Folder on SAPDS Server

We had a large increase in disk usage a few days ago on our SAPDS Server. I noticed 17 Gig in new log files. No idea if they are needed or not.

The folder is

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\logging

1.3 Million files going back 18 months. Most are very small

A few days ago dozens of files named like "java_pid7888.hprof" , "java_pid8004.hprof" were created, each about 230 meg

Is there a method to clean up this folder ?

How do I stop logging ? Thousands per day are being added.

Trace logging is set to "UnSpecified"
