If users are running BEx queries can they create favourites? Thanks

hi Niten,

yes, on open query screen, tab 'favorite' and click 'add to favorite'.

Hi,

In the SAP Easy Access screen, right click "Add other objects" and then there you select " SAP BW query URL".

yes...

by using the BEx toolbar save button(blue one) user can save the report to his favorites..

favorites are specific and private to each individual user..one user's favorites are not visible to another user..

user can choose to run favorites by opening queries and then clicking on 'favorites' button that appears on left side..

it will show list of all saved favorites.

favorite stores the report with its selections,filters and drilldowns..if u wish to change this u can run the favorite,refresh it and change the selections,and then resave in same favorite..
