Hi Team,

We are encountering an issue while running live create posting document, the error message says "Program not found, CX_PYC_CONT". I have checked the process type which has program and variant name and in Payroll process template, program and variant are set as mandatory.

With Regards,

GM

Hi Giriesh,

Hope you are well.

Program RPCIPDEL configured on Program01 parameter is used to delete a payroll run. Since there is already a call for RPCIPE00 with the proper variant on Program parameter there should be no impact on the posting documents.

I will also try the following:

1. On ECP side, on the SPRO I will re-check the process type configuration and modify/re-create the context process steps parameters (table views V_PYC_D_PYPTY and V_PYC_D_PYPTYCTX).

2. On SuccessFactors side -> option "Payroll" go to the "Manage Process" option, modify the process with issues and click on Validate button. An error message icon should appear on the bottom left side of the screen with the details of the issue.

I hope this additional information can be of help.

Regards,

Diego Martin

Hi dpunlay_7 ,

Thank you for the inputs. I haven't updated the UI PCC process since it is inprocess state it haven't allowed me to modify. I tried creating a new process and it seems to run without error.

Please continue posting on the community 🙂

Hi Giriesh,

In case you are using the process step model "PYP_V2_POST_DOC" check if the parameters PROGRAM01 and VARIANT01 are also filled in the Step Context of your process. The PROGRAM01 is configured with RPCIPDEL report and you can create/save a new variant for this report in transaction SE38.

In case you have created your own process steps data source, you can also check the Input Parameters configuration.

Hope this can be of help.

Regards,

Diego

Hi dpunlay_7,

Thank you for getting back on the issue.

We have our own process step "ZPYP_V2_POST_DOC" and also created program01 and variant01 as mentioned but still the issue exist. Do we need to reset/generate any process configuration? If so, please let me know how to proceed with it. If we add the program01 and variant01 to the process will the posting document has any impact.

GM

Hi Giriesh,

Try using the following programs:

1º RPCIPE01 (Posting to Accounting: Create Posting Run).

2º RPCIPA00 (Posting to Accounting - With checkbox "Release selected documents").

3º RPCIPP00 (Transfer to Accounting: Posting initiated).

Good luck,

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for immediate response.

We were using the below programs earlier and it wasn't throwing any issue earlier.

1. RPCIPE00 - Create Posting document

2. RPCIPA00 - Release Posting document

3. RPCIPP00 - Transfer Posting document
