Creation of Sales Employee in S4H Sales & Distribution

I am aware that creation of Sales Employee is not possible using BP Transaction. It Requires HCM Integration but as per the SAP Note 2570961 - Simplification item S4TWL - Business User Management. I have created the Sales Employee Using Maintain Employee Fiori App. as Steps Mentioned Below.

Creation of Sales Employee

1. Open the App Maintain Employees in your Fiori Launch and Click New

1. Enter details of the Details of the Sales employee, If required we can also assign his SAP User Id. It will helpful to assign him as approver for Workflow configuration

1. Once an Employee is created, A BP will also be created and can be assigned in the Customer & Sales Orders.

1. And will also be extended with Role BUP003 as a Sales Employee

My Question is that If a HR Module is implemented and HCM Integration is ON if the above process will have any consequences in Future. HR & Success Factor Experts Please throw some light on it.
