No access to Global Account

Hi experts,

I ordered a (Pay-As-You-Go) SAP BTP.

The order was successfully processed - I received a confirmation of it from SAP Store.

I also received an email with a new S-user ID.

I can login to the ONE Support Launchpad with this S-user ID.

In the User Profile on the ONE Support Launchpad site I can also see that the new S-user ID has the function of system adminstrator of the Global Account.

But if I login to the BTP Cockpit with the new S-user ID it is showing the message that the new S-user ID does not belong to a Global Account.

I contacted CIC about this issue but the CIC is unable to help me and they redirected me to the Business Technology Platform community to get the proper help.

So my question is if you (the real experts) can help me solve the problem that I'm not able to login to the Global Account with the S-user ID that is the system administrator of that Global Account?
