Hi experts,
I ordered a (Pay-As-You-Go) SAP BTP.
The order was successfully processed - I received a confirmation of it from SAP Store.
I also received an email with a new S-user ID.
I can login to the ONE Support Launchpad with this S-user ID.
In the User Profile on the ONE Support Launchpad site I can also see that the new S-user ID has the function of system adminstrator of the Global Account.
But if I login to the BTP Cockpit with the new S-user ID it is showing the message that the new S-user ID does not belong to a Global Account.

I contacted CIC about this issue but the CIC is unable to help me and they redirected me to the Business Technology Platform community to get the proper help.
So my question is if you (the real experts) can help me solve the problem that I'm not able to login to the Global Account with the S-user ID that is the system administrator of that Global Account?

Hi Brat,
A quick check, is this account associated with your Company, or have you ordered a personal PAYG account?
In the case of your Company account, you may need to reach your Company Admin to get access.
If the PAYG account is personal, I would recommend raising a written incident so that it can be solved at the earliest.

Today my Global Account is 'suddenly' available.
I received two emails from SAP one of which contained the URL to login to my Global Account.
Following this link my Global Account showed up.
I don't exactly know what happened/changed. Maybe it is because a new month started. But my problem is solved and I can now start exploring the possibilities of the SAP Business Technology Platform.

If I follow the link you provide I get the following error after logging in with my S-user ID:
The only option in this pop-up is to log in with a different user (which I don't have for my Global Account).
Do you have any other options to try?
